Creative Play's range of wooden playground and steel play ground equipment conforms to BSEN1176 safety standards.

Safer Surfacing

We offer three main types of playground surfaces all with their own unique characteristics to suit your requirements.   Tiger Mulch (a bonded rubber mulch), Playfall (coloured Wetpour) and Playsafe (synthetic playground surfacing) all comply with BS EN 1177, a specific European standard for playground surfaces.

Outdoor Gym Equipment

Creative Play’s outdoor gym equipment is tested under  two European safety Standards.  Although a specific safety standard  currently does not exist for outdoor gym equipment, Creative Play  has focused on two standards EN1176 for outdoor playgrounds and EN957 for stationary training equipment.  The workOUT outdoor gym equipment range complies with all relevant sections of both standards.
