Sales
Our dedicated and personalised sales service has one aim in mind: to help make the process of choosing your play equipment as easy as possible for you.
We can help you decide which products are most suited to your children's' age range, where its best to locate equipment and how to meet the requirements of playground safety standards EN 1176 & 1177.
A personal visit from one of our experienced play advisors will ensure you get the best advice, while assessing your requirements so we can prepare a detailed quotation. The latter includes CAD drawings, drawn to scale, with full colour visuals and illustrations. All visits are carried out free of charge and with no obligation.
We also operate a transparent pricing policy. For all orders over £1000 the price you see on our web site is the price you pay. Delivery and installation are included - there are no hidden extras. For all orders below £1,000, there is an additional 20 per cent added to the pre-VAT price.

Design
We're dedicated to ensuring children get the maximum benefit from using Creative Play equipment. After all, it's acknowledged by child development experts that free and spontaneous play in an outdoor environment is hugely beneficial. What's more, the social skills which children develop in the playground stay with them for life.
With this in mind we never forget that our playgrounds are used by children. And our overall objective is to design and create a safe environment for them to have fun and develop their physical and social skills.
We also take steps to ensure our equipment takes into account Ofsted's physical development requirements - and we're a member of the Association of Play Industries (API).
Our designer's brief is to continue improving our existing range of products, while introducing new items, paying particular attention to the feedback we receive from customers.
All Creative Play's new products are rigorously tested for compliance with our standards of safety, quality and durability.

Manufacturing
All our play equipment is manufactured in our modern factory in Chester, which is equipped with the latest machinery. This, together with the use of high specification materials and our strict emphasis on quality control ensures the high standard of all our products.
We use selected first grade timber from sustainable commercial plantations, with at least 70% sourced from forests independently certified under the Forest Stewardship Council.
All our wood is cut free of the heart of the timber and the edges are chamfered for added safety - it's also less likely to split than machine rounded timbers.
Generally we use brightly coloured panels and roofs on most of the equipment featured on this website. However, on request we can tone down the colours and substitute timber panels and roofs for that more rustic look.
School, company or council logos can also be added to products and surfacing, with most designs possible, subject to the availability of colours. Our play advisors can advise on the suitability of any logo or special designs required.

Installation
As part of Creative Play's total commitment to quality control, we have a strict policy of not using outside contractors to carry out installations. Instead, our own team of fully-trained 'in-house' employees will visit your site to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.
Our dedicated team has wide experience of working in schools, nurseries and other children's environments, and staff are fully aware of the important responsibilities which go with working in such locations. The credentials of all our workers are carefully checked and each is issued with an identity card to give you peace of mind.
Our team will make sure disruption and mess is kept to a minimum and deadlines are met. Once installation is completed, all work is carefully checked by a quality control manager who will have been assigned to you the moment you place an order.

After Sales
Creative Play continues its commitment to excellent customer service long after your playground equipment and safety surfacing has been delivered and installed. In fact, our comprehensive after sales service will ensure your equipment provides years of pleasure for the children who use it.
We have a large stock of spare parts, many of which can be easily self installed, or alternatively fitted by one of our service engineers. And because we are the original manufacturers, 'out-of-stock' parts from older equipment can always be specially made for you.
Creative Play also offers an annual service contract. For a fixed fee the contract offers a complete annual service including renewal of worn moving parts.
