Our Playground and Outdoor Classroom ranges are manufactured onsite at our factory in Chester with much of the precision cutting and drilling being done by CNC machines, combined with traditional joinery skills. 

All Timber used is from sustainable sources and is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. All wood is cut free of the heart of the timber and the edges are chamfered for added safety, meaning it is less likely to split than machine-rounded timbers.  

All of our metal work is also fabricated onsite and products such as the Outdoor Gym range ,metal uprights for our outdoor shades and brackets for our outdoor classrooms use the highest quality Galvanised steel  to ensure that they stand up to the harshest environments.
