The adult range of outdoor gym equipment consists of 12 pieces of equipment each offering a host of benefits to improve fitness, flexibility and general well being for users.
Available in two colour options the range has been designed for users above the age of 12 years old, irrespective of ability or fitness level. The outdoor gym range is a perfect addition to public areas such as parks and creates a social and fun place for members of the community to exercise outside on equipment that is free at point of use.
The range comes complete with informative training guides and suggested exercise routines from novices to more experienced users which have been developed by in conjunction with personal trainers and fitness experts.
