All metal components on the Work Out outdoor gym equipment are hot dip galvanised and Polyester resin powder coated, offering a high level of protection from rust and corrosion.
The state of the art galvanising process and quality control systems ensures that conformity of thickness and adhesion on all metal sections is maintained. The additional baked Polyester resin powder coat exceeds European Standards for thickness. All galvanised metal work conforms to EN1416.
This ensures is that the workOUT outdoor gym range is protected from the elements and greatly reduces the chances of rust as well as making the surface vandal resistant.

All bearings on the workOUT outdoor gym range are a high quality fully sealed cartridge type, that require no maintenance. All bearings are guaranteed for 12 months.
